Singing for Suppers
Privacy Policy
What this site collects, what it doesn’t, and where your information actually goes when you buy a ticket, register to sing, vote, or sponsor the show.
The short version
What this site actually does
This site does not sell anything itself, does not create accounts, and does not store your payment details, your registration answers, or your votes. Every one of those actions hands you off to a specialized outside service — a payment processor, a form, or a voting link — the moment you click. This page explains what happens on this site directly, and what happens once you leave it.
On this site
What we collect directly
This site runs on WordPress with Jetpack, which keeps basic visit statistics: which pages get viewed, roughly where visitors are coming from, and what device or browser they’re using. This is aggregate, anonymized traffic data — it tells us whether people are finding the Sponsors page, not who any individual visitor is. There are no visitor accounts, no logins, and no comment forms collecting your name or email on this site.

Tickets, registration, voting, and sponsorship
Every button on this site that asks for your name, card, or contact information sends you to one of three outside services, each responsible for its own data handling:
- Ticket purchases and sponsorship payments are processed by Xpress-Pay, a third-party payment platform.
- Singer registration is collected through a Google Form.
- Celebrity Singer voting is processed through SwipeSimple, a third-party payment platform.
None of that information passes through or is stored on singingforsuppers.org. Each of those services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.
Cookies
What’s stored in your browser
Jetpack sets a small number of cookies to support the visit statistics described above. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not share cookie data with ad networks.
